Sorry my Subject Lines are Boring

Hello Family!

How are you all doing? Thanks for the emails, you know I love them :) To answer some questions: Yes I can receive emails throughout the week, but personally I like to read them on P-day eve. but I guess anytime that works best is great! I can't respond until Monday though... . I bought a rain jacket from goodwill (Sorry, taking the DI away wont keep me out of the thrift stores :)) but it was only $5 and its not even that ugly and only has 1 stain!  Yes we have been getting TONS of rain. Its the best. also the worst. Our investigator hunt went well! We got 2 new investigators this week! (I know that doesn't sound like much, but its a MIRACLE here) I think its hilarious that the Mitchell's told you I love corn. Like, dont get me wrong, I do. But they offered me a second piece (which was half a corn) and I took it. And they were like in unbelief about how much I must love corn hahahah.... but they are the greatest! I'm glad he could call you, and that Sister Carson could send you those awk-sauce pictures haha :) Also thanks for the pictures of the pets, I LOVE EM! The fish is Maurice, which is almost like Edlywyn.

Also, just so you know especially with the new ipads and technology and everything they are really re-stressing how much information is allowed to be shared, and I'm not really supposed to send stuff like names and thinks about people.... but uh... just make sure nothing even remotely sensitive gets posted anywhere or anything because the church doesn't like getting sued :) So just a friendly reminder!

Well this week was absolutely fantastic! Like I said earlier, we were able to find 2 new investigators!! HOLLER. The first one was when we went over to a former investigators house (starla) who is the daughter of a recent convert in our ward. This was the first time we were able to catch her since I've been in Ohio! Her mom Joetta was there and we were able to teach them a really condensed plan of salvation and they said we could come back to teach it more in depth! Joetta is extremely busy so it wont be for at least a week... but hopefully it doesn't fall through! The next one was a total miracle. There is a boy in this ward named Tyler who just got off his mission on Wednesday, and hes like a total complete legend here so I actually knew everything about him before he got back. When he did, he invited all of his friends over from high school, got them together and bore his testimony and talked about his mission, then went into his room and pulled out this giant stack of Book of Mormons and gave one to each of them and talked about what it was and how it has impacted his life. Then he looked each of them in the eyes and asked them individually if they would read it and they all said yes. And he got one of them to come to church with him!(Ryan) So we got to go over to teach the restoration with them. It was the first time I actually have had the opportunity to teach the restoration to an actual investigator since being here, and it went really well! So we will be back ;)

In Powell they celebrate the 4th of July on the last weekend of june, so we waited in our apartment to hear the booms of fireworks and ran out to see them! You could see the top 1/4th of them over the top of the trees and it was so fun! Nothing brings an apartment complex together quite like fireworks, it was the happiest ever! Also want to hear a funny story? We made friends with one of our neighbors and the other day he asked if he could take us out to dinner. and we were like....no. hahahha. Also I guess just before I got here some other guy that they don't know from the building came up to the sisters and invited them over for margaritas. Haha I love Ohio.

The humidity here is crazy. You open up a box of Reeses puffs and it goes all gross and stale in like 2 1/2 days so we have to roll up the bag before we put it in the box to make it last the week. Also one of the sisters that is leaving in less than two weeks just got bed bugs haha. Good thing I am in the richest area of the Mish..... hopefully I don't get bed bugs.... but there were 4 mattresses by the dumpster at our apartment the other day so... pray for me. :)

OH, here is my grandma memory... One time we were at Grandmas and whipped out here halloween witch nose and put it on. Our schools St. George swim meet was coming up and Grandma came over to me, wearing her nose, and said "Hannah, you have a swim meet in St. George?" So I said "Yes I do!" and Grandma responded "My nose told me that." I love Grandma.

Well hey I love you all so so so much! Sorry my emails are always so.... the way they are. I will try to improve :)
LOVE YOU.
